Outstanding customer service and selection. Gary, the owner, is the kind of guy they just don’t make anymore. Professional, friendly, and will do what he can to help you and your pets. I wish 6 stars was a rating.
Horrible customer service and overpriced products. I came here two weeks ago to get a dewormer for my cat. I specifically asked for the cat dewormer but was given a general dewormer meant for all animals. I was told the product had an excellent success rate and even though it was a bit pricey (23.95) i bought it anyway. Now two weeks later after administering the medicine to my cat 3 times per day (i have been coming home from work in the middle of the day for two weeks to do this) i am still seeing a ton of worms in her bedding. When I called to ask about a refund and let the manager know that the brand i bought recommends the feline version of the product for cats, he was rude and just kept telling me how they have been using the product for 40 years and they have had a no return policy for 40 years. Then he said the product I bought has the same ingredients as the feline version which is untrue (i looked it up on their website) Now I can't afford to buy a medication that actually works. Not to mention the product was very over priced, there are several websites that offer it for much less including the manufacturer website. WILL NEVER RETURN.
This place has everything for your pet to eat. So many good brands. Employees are great! Very polite and helpful. They even have a Vet that comes on Saturday and gives shots and tests at discount prices.
Super friendly and knowledge staff. Reasonably priced stock, and one of the few saltwater aquarium providers in the area. They can order specific fish as well, upon request. I definitely recommend this place! Support your local pet store!!
I had a wonderful experience buying aquatic plants. The staff was helpful and attentive. The prices are better than the chain pet stores and the selection of fish is unbeatable for the hanford lemoore area. While the fish are similar in price if not more than chain pets stores, the livestock seemed much better cared for. I look foreword to fleshing out my community tank with fish from here.
