The next morning when I go over to get in the locked gate the gate card would not work. Took it back to the manager who informed me that they decided to put me in the other unit next to it but never received that info until that day I went to complain. Decided against taking the unit because of all the problems for which I did not have time for. Was told by the manager that I would be reimbursed by the company because she wasn't having any luck trying to do it herself.

Tried to rent a simple 5 x 5 from this place. Started off being shown a few that were supposed to be empty but were not. Ended up being given a unit by their off site storage area but again there were board planks in the unit I was being given. Was told the maintenance man would move them into another unit next to it but would have to wait.
This company goes above and beyond to help meet your needs... Great people
In the process of moving to the valley and have been checking out different storage places. Problem is most places not available until first of the month. The manager at this facility took the time to discuss all the options available and told me about the ability to move in early and prepay and do a prorated rate to help facilitate getting stuff into storage and then setting up auto payment for the first of the month. She was so much nicer than the place down the street who one were more expensive and two must have been having a bad day or something because their exact comments to me were "do you want a unit or not I am very busy" The manager at this facility was much nicer. I am unsure how long I will need to have my stuff in storage however I feel safe leaving it here and will definitely refer this facility to my family and friends it is very reasonable and centrally located making it easy to load and unload from a trailer and truck it looks like they are making a lot of improvements or remodeling which makes storing my items here give me an added sense of security. I hardly ever write reviews but the customer service and professionalism of management and their willingness to work with me in my process of moving and making my storage a breeze I had to at least comment and say thanks
This is now the second week and I have yet to receive my monies from these idiots! Called the corporate office to complain and was told that the VP would be in contact with me and I still HAVE YET TO HEAR FROM HIM!
