Turned in a uniform for dry cleaning, when I went to pick it up I did not take the uniform I gave them patches to sew on instead and when I picked my uniform up they had only given my top back and lost my dress white bottoms
I am so disappointed with this cleaners. First they gave me a day and time to pick up my clothes. They were not ready. Came back next day- had to wait for the pants to be pressed. This is what was horrible--I had 1 suit cleaned and three pairs of brand new suit pants (never been worn, tag still on them) hemmed. There was smudges of what seemed to be chocolate on each pair of the pants. I called the cleaners as soon as i got home, I was told the manager was not there. I will not be back. This service is unacceptable. This cleaners needs some competition- a rival cleaners. I guess I will just go to Hanford.
Dropped off a $300 two piece suit. The suit had two small stains on the jacket, one right behind the left shoulder, the other one was just below the left hip. I pointed the stains out and asked if thery would be able to come out, the lady behind the counter assured me they would. I picked up the suit today and, not only were the stains exactly the same, but the back of the jacket still had wrinkles in it like it looks when you first take a suitcoat off after wearing it all day. It looked like they just took it off the counter and put it in a bag. Will NEVER use this place again!! This is the second time they've me charged me for not doing the cleaning, I thought the first time may have been a fluke. DO NOT RECOMMEND!! I will drive to Hanford from now on instead of giving them my business anymore!!
