14 yr old daughter got her thumb sliced with an electric drill/file and so they put some ointment abd a bandaid..... charged her full price for a painful event.
Horrible the person cut my finger with the drill and I still had paint nolish under my acrylics and had paint nolish all over my finger nails and refused to give me my full refund and my balance was 52 dollars and they. Accused my sister of no paying them for her eye brows and she paid them
I went back and asked for insurance incase she needs medical care and she replied no and while I was there she was talking to another employee that my oldest daughter didn't pay for her eyebrows getting done in front of all the customers to here. I don't think that place will let you leave until all is pd... and then we were walking out and they started talking in there language.
they seem fairly nice, but she cut my finger this week, they didn't give me a discount or anything. your supposed to soak off the fake nails, not rip them off. plus its rude to talk in a different language the whole time when your customer does not speak it.

Hands DOWN the WORST experience EVER! The technician got upset with me because I would not allow her to clip my SNS (a type of overlay) off my nails. I asked her to please soak it off to which she replied "That will take too long" After she prepared the solution she man handled my hands for the remainder of the manicure. I am not sure of her name, but I remember that she was at station number 4.
