They have quite a bit of issues with their surprise points. Every time I try to redeem them, either they don't show up or I have to coach the cashier through the process. Very frustrating

K-mart is K-mart! Store is trashy, no help on floor, rarely more than one check out open. Feel like your are at the DMV or bank waiting in line!!
