I went to the new office for a cleaning. The cleaning went well as usual. The staff was friendly but very unorganized. After the cleaning I was told to go to the front, I wasn't given a new appointment or hygiene bag.
In the old office you were walked to the front with your file and was made sure you got new appointment and was given to a hygiene bag.
Had my wisdom tooth extracted yesterday, and was having anxiety throughout the day but more as the time was coming close. Dr. Riemers team front and back are the best they made me feel comfortable and were very compationate. Dr. Palafox walked me through the whole treatment and made sure I was ok, i didnt even realize when the tooth was out becuase it was that fast. I didnt even need the pain meds and am feeling very good today with no pain! They even gave me my tooth for the Toothfairy :) I recommend this office to anyone that is looking for great service and tx.
