Totally agree about poor service. Hotel room was nice. We ordered 2 Cobb Salads, small bottle of Tequila. came to 64$ to our room. Salads and Tequila arrived, we paid with cash, said she would bring change back. After she left, we found no chicken on salads, called room service, guy answers, says do you want another salad? How rude, told him we want the chicken and our change back...hour later she shows up!! Never Again!!!! This was the icing, service was very poor in the Lounges...This our 1st visit...done.
I luv the TACHIPALACE its my home if u go thru the reservation you would Probley love it but dnt judge the people over there the tachipalace palace is clean big and fun I love the pool the rooms everything so dnt hate on us it a good place it show our culture and everything tha food is good its the best place ... again dnt hte ..
Rooms are excellent. The food in all of the dinners are sub par. The casino is dirty and so are the patrons.
